I am happy for WR Charlie Jones, who absolutely made the right call transferring from Iowa to Purdue during the off-season. Jones wasn't even 1st string in his last year at Iowa on an offense that did nothing.

Feels weird to not see any UW OL on these lists. Very telling.

welcome to my world
it sucks
Rhule stated at his introduction that he believes the way to win is in the trenches
We shall see how he does in the Big Ten

Only one offensive player total.
Through 8 games, Dike had a third team chance, but the pass game crashed and burned late.

"I voted for Reed, but just as a note, O'Connell, who was voted by this group as the 2nd team quarterback, is likely going to be throwing for roughly 4000 yards this year. Those yards are going to go to someone!
My guess is that Broc Thompson is going to be the recipient of ALOT of those yards
For example, you list Chris Autman Bell as an option, who had a total of 506 yards and 6 touchdowns last season as Minnesota's primary receiver. Broc had 217 yards on 7 receptions and two touchdowns in one game (Music City Bowl).......while playing injured. Yeah, he only had 457 yards on the year, but that was playing behind David Bell, Milton Wright, and Anthrop Jackson. With those three now gone....
Just sayin....
There will be a Purdue receiver in the top 3 at the end of the year. It may not be Broc, but it will be someone."
Sure, I got the recipient totally wrong, but I was right that there should have been a Purdue wide receiver listed as an option.

Yep, he dropped WAY too many easy catches.
