their star OT Olu Fashanu is coming back. He was being mocked as a 1st rd pick. That's a huge addition for Penn State's 2023 prospects.

I know the Big likes it's Rose Bowl tie-in but putting OSU against Clemson in the Orange Bowl could be interesting from a fan perspective.
The only problem is if they give the Orange to OSU, then the Big Ten loses the Reliaquest Bowl spot to the ACC, which bumps every Big Ten team down in the Big Ten pecking order. But maybe that's a good thing this year with all the 8-4 and 7-5 teams this year. The Big Ten is missing that 9-3 team that you would want to play in the Reliaquest anyway.
