I'm assuming Vick is healthy
voted Va Tech
playing @ Miami was tough back then

I was leaning VT, but nuh-uh.
Vick only handled the ball 265 plays all year. That's not enough. It's not about his being out with injury, even when he played, it was different than in 1999. He simply did less, personally. And their pass defense was crap salad in 2000. Against 06 LSU, that's bad. They couldn't run very well, and Jamarcus Russell threw to 3 different WRs with 750+ yards receiving. They'd pass all over VT and run enough times, like a change-up.

Andre Davis wasn't an all-american in 2000. He only had 300 yds.

but, he was an all-american and was on the roster

He was as an all purpose/return specialist

Ah ha, thank you.
WOW, literally had more yards and TDs as a PR than as a WR. WTF
