Rondale Moore (high-3* WR - Purdue) officially signed his LOI. One of the weaker position groups for the Boilers this year is getting some instant impact guys. Moore is the highest rated of the bunch and will likely be an instant starter in the slot.

Texas had a pretty good class this year, a fantastic defensive secondary haul, but also addressed some areas of high concern at OL and DL. It's a start, anyway...
