Title: How good is SEC baseball?

How good?
Ole Miss, the 12th-ranked team in the country, was a 5-seed and had to play in the single-elimination first round of the SEC tournament.

Miss State has gotten boat raced twice, by Florida (13-1) and Tennessee (12-2).
Vols fans are butt-hurt over being happy, then being sad, losing a game on interference.

6 of the top 13 ranked teams are from the SEC.  All 6 should host regionals next week, unless Miss State's no-show performance their last 2 games costs them severely.  I doubt it.

Hopefully they show up better than the softball did. They had 10 in the tournament with 8 hosting Regionals and 5 hosting Super Regionals. Only Bama and UGA advanced.

I was surprised how popular softball has become in ratings.
