Any idea as to why he was fired the one time?

No. They went 8 and 5 and the head coach might have needed a scapegoat. Or it could have been a difference in philosophy for how to correct the offense from that season.

So how many national championships are we predicting?!?  I'm going on record as saying a minimum of 3, with a ceiling of 7.  Agreed?
