8. Maryland - Showed a little punch
9. Nebraska - Difficult to figure out what you were getting
10. Michigan - More or less pulled the plug
11. Rutgers - Played hard this year
12. Purdue - Wheels came off
13. MSU - Still beat Northwestern

1 Ohio State - ducked Purdue on the crossover slate.
2 Iowa - lost first two games by a combined five points, and ran the table after that.
3 Indiana - finally broke down the door.
4 Northwestern - The MSU loss is perplexing, but then again... it's Northwestern.

5 Wisconsin - Kind of an off year for them.
6 Penn State - finished strong after hilariously bad start.
7 Minnesota - trending upward.
8 Terrapin - wildly inconsistent.
9 Nebraska - even more wildly inconsistent.
10 RutgerSss - standing naked with a knife in the rain.
11 Boilermaker - trending downward.
12 Michigan tate - two nice wins, and a whole lotta bad.
13 Illinois - Lovie's beard was awesome.
14 Michigan - so bad that they literally quit with three games to go.
