If the Vols win a few in a row and beat Florida, he might look.  I don't care.  Last season really seemed, finally, to take some wind out of his sails.

I would hate to go through life with such unrealistic expectations that are dashed all the time, but at least he has a winning strategy at roulette.

Crunch provided so much entertainment. I don't know why people objected so vehemently to his comments. These boards are for entertainment and that is what he provided. Somebody should go get him.

When the style of entertainment becomes so repetitive as to be boring, it no longer is entertaining.


He was predictable in every post about the Vols, and he almost never posted about any other team except comments about who they were playing that season.  He had a one track mind, and it was boring.

i personally believe the person behind starcrunch(all the 'tweeners up to )crunchimusmaximus to have pulled  off the all time greatest troll job... to me, there simply wasn't any way he could have been legit.  why he felt the need to present us with that personality is beyond me, but i think it had something to do with the reception/perception...

i went round for round with him, too... and realized i wasn't getting anywhere.  Hoop jumped in and set me straight- and i gotta say Hoop was right.  once he put it in the perspective of 'entertaining troll', i don't think i ever looked at it another way.

Any one of us could replicate that 'entertainment' by simply posting the most absurd, pro-UT horse crap possible.  It'd be easy.  A child could do it. 

If that entertained you......whew.
