UGA 37-Bama 24 and Woof!
-
Ya'll believe that every time we play. It is bound to happen sometime but I doubt it happens with Stetson Bennett at quarterback. Good luck and may the best team win.
-
Bennett is really not that bad at all, statistically, and what I see with my eyes as well. He's quite mobile, he does get some passes knocked down though.
-
Elite offense versus elite defense, the outcome may hinge on turnovers and crazy plays as much as anything.
Just as the Braves have no chance against that elite HoF Dodger team, the Dawgs also have no chance at all.
-
Cry me a river, Cincy. Poor Georgia has no chance. Boo hoo. It appears to me that everyone is picking Georgia. Fwiw, I don't have a clue.
-
Bama is a 4 point favorite last I checked, so it's clear everyone is not picking UGA.
-
Hopeful every time and then heartbroken after the last 3 in Atlanta. Good luck to y'all.
-
Alabama won round 1. Round 2 could be different and then there is possibly a round 3.
Make no mistake; Georgia is a powerful talented team. I don't see anybody nosing out Georgia for that 4th slot in the playoffs behind Clemson, Ohio, and Alabama.

Prescient, and I think the Dawgs are limited to being a pretty good team with him at QB.
-
Without Jaylen Waddle, Alabama is not as good by a long shot. Georgia or Clemson or Ohio all have good shots at beating Bama. Its a shame going from national championship probable to also ran two years in a row due to injuries to prolific players.
-
I notice without Joe Burrow (and some others), LSU isn't so good either.
UGA lost a slew of key defensive players yesterday.
-
I just saw UGA +4.5 point favorite this weekend.
I would take the dog and the points personally.
-
Things I think I have learned thus far:
1. LSU is WAY worse than I expected. WAY.
2. Arkansas is appreciably better than I expected, kudus to the coach there.
3. A lot of teams are just mediocre and can beat each other, or lose to each other, on any given Saturday. Duh.
4. I like having no pastries.
-
Vandy and Miss State are pastries. I have not jumped on the Arkansas bandwagon.
-
If UGA is a 4.5 point favorite, I expect that to go down by game time.
Vegas must not believe the defense the Gators played vs Mizzou. Our offense is bad-ass and UGA might have some issues scoring.
-
Georgia's injury situation could influence the line, and I expect it will shrink during the week as well.
I'd take the points.

As I feared, UGA will be down three of their top defensive players.
-
I suspect Florida will be minus some players and maybe at least one head coach because of the brawl with Missouri. If not the League will lose creditabilty.
-
Fwiw, I think coaches matter. I think Saban owns Kirby but I think Kirby owns Mullen. We will see in this edition of the WLOCP.

I think more talent owns less talent, as long as the HC doesn't get in the way.
When has Saban has less talent than Kirby? And Kirby-Mullen?
-
I think it will hinge on turn overs.
