"You've Never Been This Far Before" was the 10th #1 country hit for Conway Twitty in September of 1973. It was atop the charts for 3 weeks and would be the #15 country song of the year.

It's a fitting analogy for Wisconsin as they prepare for Saturday's Big Ten Championship Game. This will mark the Wisconsin Badgers' 5th appearance in this scrap. However, they have never played in this game with so much riding on the outcome. Sure, there's a trip to Arroyo Seco on New Years Day on the line, but that engagement in Pasadena will be as a national semifinal.  In order to come out victorious, they will need to administer a steady dose of ground-and-pound.
