easy choice - Nate didn't bother with classes, concentrated on football
some fans still don't like it
was a great safety, but might have been an even better LB
in the Eagle's opinion

Eh, Gerry was pretty damn good.

5 listed.... Mike Brown, Mike Minter, Toby Wright, and Eric Warfield would be ahead of all of them. I'd take Tony Veland over Gerry but I could see an argument for Gerry. Gerry was a better center fielder and faster. Veland could cover better. I'd pick veland in run support. I recall several really bad angles by Gerry.
Lot of fans thought he'd be a better LB... maybe. He just never came across to me as someone who liked be at the LOS. He had the size/body to be a hell of an OLB.
