You can replace the word “SEC” with “Nation” for @AlabamaFTBL (https://twitter.com/AlabamaFTBL) at No. 1. There’s really not a close No. 2 this year.

I think it's hard to rank O lines even during a season, much less ahead of one, but it's something to publish, and they have to publish.  I can believe Bama would be at or near the top in almost every category.

I've heard Tennessee's is supposed to be good, but what's that based on?
They finished well overall, but they always do, because their schedule is always easier in the 2nd half.  They had one big rushing game and 2 big passing games in the last 6 against that easier competition.

I fear it's because they're simply a year older.  That's not a good reason.

Tennessee has two five star OL in Wanya Morris and Trey Smith. Those two alone are almost sure top 10 NFL picks. Cade Mays, transfer from Georgia, and Darnell Wright give Tennessee four five star ol. This team is a real threat.

All those stars and only 3 points vs Florida....

The Dawgs on paper had some great OL last season, only I saw little evidence of that.  They were OK in pass pro usually.

Tennessee did beat Indiana at least, barely, if that means anything.

If beating Indiana means something, you're not much of a program.

On the one hand, their 0-2 start was horrendous.  On the other, their final record was respectable.  On the third hand, they didn't beat anyone with a pulse.

I have a couple thoughts on this matter. If a team wins its last six games even if the opponents were not stellar, it creates positive momentum going into the next year. Secondly, imo a strong offensive line is necessary for success in college football. Tennessee has such. I think they will be a tough out.

I thought the consensus on Trey Smith was that he underwhelmed his first 2 years.  Did something click last year?

And of all the SEC programs, I have a hard time believing Kentucky has the 3rd-best OL in any season.
