Schiano is back and has apparently poached Oklahoma State OC Sean Gleeson. Gleeson had some great success at Princeton and this is a strong hire.

Gleeson apparently wasn't a good fit with Mike Gundy.  The "word" from Stillwater is that he was told that it would be a good thing if he found a different job.
That is the "word."  The "rumor" is that Todd Monken is coming back to oSu.

NJ has some players, Rutger is capable of 7-5 seasons fairly often I think.  Maybe.

I know you are kidding as I would not sleep on Maryland they have some team speed and speed kills in this league

Maryland had OSU in deep trouble last season.  They should have some horses somewhere.

This has got to be step 1.  Get Rutgers back to 6-6 or 7-5 consistently.  Do that enough and maybe they can start dreaming bigger.

It seems Rutgers doesnt like being the doormat  things are changing out east but it will take time
