Arkansas is a current dumpster fire.
Ole Miss sucks, too, but at least it's not a train wreck.
.
Both programs are about the same since the Hogs joined the league in 1992. Arkansas is probably the better program the last 50 years, Ole Miss the better program if you include the past 80.

I've been to The Grove.

He had a hot wife, but they're divorced....maybe the Grove swayed him.

I'd probably take Arkansas. Ole Miss has to share air time and players with msu. Arky has its (small) state to itself but could go into Texas and Missouri to get some players.
Aren't Arky's facilities really good? I don't know much about Ole Miss in that department.
Each of these jobs is a huge challenge.
I think Kiffin could have done better had he waited things out.

Arkansas has never won the SEC but they have played in the CCG 4 times. I’m pretty sure Ole Miss has never been in the CCG ( Miss St one time). I’d have to go with whoever has the best facilities and the ability to get the kind of recruits necessary to run whatever system the head coach prefers.

Obviously, I'd take either if magically offered, I'd probably not last a year. I think Arkansas is in a deeper hole. Ole Miss has had some level of success recently, even if ill gotten. Oxford is a nice little town. It's probably hot. The stadium is pretty nice, the fans are pretty committed (Arky probably has an edge here). Another factor would be which has fans with deeper pockets, which could be Arky.
Arkansas has to play Alabama and LSU every year of course while Ole Miss only plays them once a year.

hmm....i think i'd pick Ole Miss. More pieces in place already, better recruiting base and one aspect i'm sure he didn't overlook is the "talent" at Ole Miss.
-
Pretty sure that both Ark and Ole Miss play both Alabama and LSU once a year.

Glad somebody caught that.
