Sorry for the delay in replying, we saw your email. 

We're just now finishing up orders from the huge number at our opening, so it'll be at least a few weeks until we're able to ship out your order.  Estimating this is difficult as each order may or may not have teams that need to be created and orders range from 4 teams to well over 40. 

Thank you for contacting us.  We will get your order to you as quickly as possible, while producing them in the order they were purchased.

We only received an email from a customer named Frank, and responded already.  Maybe check your spam folder?  If not, what is your order #?

We are finishing up an order, and yours is next.  It should ship out Tuesday (because of the holiday) and you will be notified when this occurs.

You ordered 3 days ago.  There are 9 orders ahead of yours.  We can't give a specific estimate, as each order varies in size.  Our goal is 3 weeks from order to shipment.  
We're currently at 4 weeks, but it's shrinking.

Your order was made 16 days ago and there are 4 orders ahead of yours.  A majority of the teams requested in those orders will have to be created, so for yours, it will be closer to 2 weeks rather than 1.

Sorry, checking now, we're on the order ahead of yours.  It's possible your order will ship out Saturday, but more likely Monday, Feb 3.  Thank you for checking in!  When I said we were working on orders from early December, I meant the end of December.

Due to new rules for my Condo I will need the Tracking Number its states it was shipped Saturday and  for all packages received they have to know in advance at my  lobby Due to the Coronavirus or I will not get it .Very strict but somewhat understandable
