Title: Week 12 Preview
Post by: MaximumSam on November 11, 2019, 07:39:38 AM
As byes go away we get a busier day

Noon

#24 Indiana at #9 PSU, ABC: Yes sir, this is a matchup of two ranked teams.

#15 Wisconsin at Nebraska, BTN: Wisconsin still in must win mode to win their division.  Nebraska is stuck on 4 wins and needs more to get to a bowl.

MSU at #14 Michigan, FOX: Big noon Saturday gets this game, where Sparty is trying to scrabble together their season and one big win for Dantonio.

UMass at Northwestern, BTN: Ugh

2:30, #21 Navy at #16 Notre Dame, NBC: Two more ranked teams.  Also by SP+ the AAC is just about equal to the ACC.

3:30

#2 OSU at Rutgers: Yep

Wake Forest at #3 Clemson, ABC: This was going to be Clemson's first test against a ranked team, but Wake lost last week.

#5 Georgia at #13 Auburn, CBS: Georgia is a forgotten man but very much in play for the playoffs, especially as they face LSU and not Alabama.  Of course, they need to win here.

4 pm

#7 Minnesota at #23 Iowa, FOX: Minnesota with a thrilling win, now must go on road against a good team that matches up well with them.

7:30, #12 Baylor at #10 Oklahoma, ABC: Baylor forever

Sharkwater week

bummer that we pulled the 11am kick - I blame the Husker's poor win/loss record

UGA has @ Auburn and A&M remaining in conference, and has to win one of them to win the East, but a loss likely knocks them out of playoff contention barring weirdness.

I see they are a slight favorite, which surprises me slightly.
