Title: Group of 12 Week 3

Week 2 ended with only seven correct choices from two entries making the grade... It was a bizarre week of overtimes- where 3 games went there (UT/BYU, Nebraska/Colorado, Minnesota/Fresno State) and while at least two more skinned the sweeping hand on the clock almost reaching it (Miami/UNC, LSU/UT).  Those points were left on the ground as nobody picked them up. 

USCw opening up on Stanford evened up the two leaders leading into that game- one was holding at 7 and was caught but not overtaken by that late night outcome- but only because Minnesota and Fresno went to OT.

Of the two weeks we're into this thing, week two was the most interesting.  I can't imagine a week where three games will actually see extra periods again. 

Week Three is posted!!! The game will begin with an $80 spike.

you can use the little orange/white button up top of main page to get to the entry form.  Once you get there select "CFB Group of 12" button. The rest is self explanatory.

i've done some work on that site to make it more user friendly, especially on a phone/tablet.  there are two great big buttons- one for football, the other for basketball (something like 50 days to wait?)... I don't have time to run the NFL, too... so.. I dropped it.  

Also of note, the forum there is what the forum here will look like after the season ends.  php7.1 reaches end of life in December, and this engine doesn't support php7.2+... so... it's gotta happen.  Don't fret, though, all of the posts will port over!!!

the game split with two choosing 7 games correctly last week.  the kitty now has $100 (2 have entered).

please mention this to other fans or anyone you think may have interest here or on other boards, facebook, ect.. ... my goal is to get around 100 or so involved a week.  more is even better. 

I just went through the function, and it is pretty clean... it DOES use paypal, but you don't have to have a paypal account to use it- just scroll down a little on the paypal popup interface and you'll see "use credit or debit card".  

there is a decent participation so far!!!
