Title: search function added for members only

i've not had an embedded search function for two reasons

• it triggered an error i couldn't find until tonight
• it weighs extremely heavy on the resources and database to run

i figured out the error... and while doing so i realized, to much shame, that i can limit its 'easy access' to members only..... DUH... so, there it is now- in your little member panel thingy thing.

apologies for the weirdness of the board tonight while i implemented it.

also, i tried to straighten out two functions that were a bugger.... 

the polls ought to render 'prettier' now both in the selections and in the results... let me know if y'all prefer some more tweaking on them or not... and...

the 'preview' reply works better now and eliminates some of the guessing on what your post will look like.  

I also tried to get the alternating background colors working correctly on tables and graphs, but i fear i may have missed some... if i have and you've found them, please let me know where they are!!!
