I'm not sure I'd include Auburn -v- Oregon on this list.  You also have games like OSU-PSU and LSU@Bama and WVU@OU.

 I probably wouldn't include Florida-Miami either.
-
Yep. 14 teams, 10 of which will most likely have at least two losses in the regular season.

-
I would not include any game where neither opponent has much of a shot at the playoff.

Basically, one should just list the ten or so teams with a decent shot and then list the games they could plausibly lose.

Florida might be pretty good, but I don't think they have a realistic shot.  Auburn, nope.  Oregon, nope.  Miami, nope.

What about Washington?  Might they have a shot?  West Virginia?  Maybe not.

I'm not suggesting Athlon has any notable predictive value, but they do afford a list of teams with a decent shot I think, barring a shocker.

A&M has a bizarre schedule playing at Clemson and at Georgia along with the SEC W teams.  They might upset Bama at home and lose 3 other games.

Georgia has a fairly tough slate but get A&M and ND at home and Florida neutral.

It's interesting to check out the 11-25 ranked teams and ponder which of them might have a shot at it.  I'll take UDubb at the moment.

Does this list mean we matter now?!?

Florida is going to start in the Top Ten.  I know you note the OL is largely new and that is a concern.

You also know they take the last top ten and bake it a bit and there we have it.
