Title: "Go Down" button on mobile has disappeared

Hey Drew!

The subject line says it all. On my device, the "Do Down" buttons on the tops of thread pages has disappeared. Could I have accidentally done that (only on my device) or is this something others have mentioned/noticed?

this is likely ALL on me... I did some work on the mobile view last week and may have inadvertently wiped it.   i can fix this given some time this weekend.
