It says you edited it to Purdue.  That's fine, I just missed the edit.  So yes, MSU is still available for you.

Hooo, I'm tempted to finally make use of Illinois (rather than ride it out with them late). I'll vote later in the week.

yes.....tough choice.  Do you play to win in the long run by selecting tough picks, or, do you take easy picks hoping others will drop out before it matters....
I am in same boat.  I see Badge showing some ballz.  might have to follow suit......

See, now that Badge and Dudekd have shown some sand, and choose a tough pick, entropy is in with an easy one.  But he has a LOT of tough ones yet to pick.

So I am tempted to follow suit just to not let anyone win the easy way.........

Aw hell, go Lovie.     Illinois.

I’m with you guys, playing to win by getting all 14 picks correct and not by default.
This weeks pick should be either Illinios or Rutgers.

RUTGERS

Alright, took 6 weeks but we've finally got some head to head.

Guarantees someone is going home, but also ensures someone is advancing.  Also means there will be at least 1 or 2 posters moving forward who will have used Illinois AND Rutgers, and be in really, really good position.

RUTGERS
The more I think about it, the more this kind of has to be the pick.
If they are right, they've burned both burned Illinois and Rutgers, and neither has burned OSU, PSU, UM or UW, so your chances of simply outlasting them without making it to the end are slim.
If they are wrong, then you just eliminated 2 players, and now you've used both Rutgers and Illinois.

If I make it through this week my next decision will be who to pick for the conference champ.  I already eliminated Michigan and have PSU, OSU and Wisconsin left.

Everyone has Nebraska left and I don't see that changing - at least right now.

I wanted to pick Rutgers this week.  I just don't trust them at all.  Too much internal conflict and instability in the program.  For a program like that, it is a killer.

I going with a different strategy.

I think Nebraska will turn it around by the end of the year.  They have some playmakers Frost can work with.  This year will look ugly from a win/loss standpoint, but they have some possibilities left.

Nebraska fans should compare these first years under Frost to Wisconsin's first years under Alverez.  From a 1-10 season in 1990 to a Rose Bowl Championship 4 years later in 1993.  Once Frost gets his players in 3 to 4 years they will be right back in the mix of Championships.
