If recency bias is strong then Wisconsin is ahead of Ohio State based on Wisconsin just getting a top-10 win while Ohio State just took a loss but if you look at the whole schedule then Ohio State is ahead. It would be a fairly close call.

In the old (ya know, a few years ago) days the loss to an unranked team in week-2 would be a big deal because Texas would have no chance of making a BCSCG and only a faint chance of making a 4-team CFP but in the 12-team era, Texas would have a plausible chance to make it even at 9-3 with a loss to aTm and would obviously be in with a win over their rivals.
