It's either Webster or Emtman.  Webster probably had the better career, and was named to a couple all-century teams.  Emtman's 1991 season may be as good of an individual defensive season as we've seen.

Emtman was hell on wheels in Lincoln in 91 vs a pretty solid O-line.  I was there for that one.

I thought the roids started to diminish after Mandarich was a draft bust in 1989

but, probably still heavily used in 91

just saying it was very dirty in the 80s
