-
I thought Blackledge too, but he was the QB for the 1982 championship team. It's gotta be whoever was before him.
Goes to show.. not many people remember who finishes 2nd, unless the last name is Clinton or something. :57:
-
Ah, I never though that was the era that Chuck Fusina played QB.
-
You're too young to remember all of this stuff MH. Hell, I had to shake my noodle to pull some of those out.
-
Just remembered the Cal RB from 1975 he went on to play for the Chargers.I remember Fusina.....now but never would have guessed
-
C'mon you old fogies!!!
-
Ya know, there comes a point when you're old enough to remember but also old enough to forget.
-
I'm at that point, especially with names
-
Crazy that Joe Montana not only never won the Heisman, he never got any serious consideration for it.
He wasn't especially good in college. Like Tom Brady.
-
At least get the B10 guys! No one has even ventured a guess to Michigan's RB who finished 3rd in the Heisman voting!
-
MarqHusker will be tested for PEDs....good job!!
-
He wasn't especially good in college. Like Tom Brady.
Then you didn't see the 2000 Orange Bowl. Bama had no answer for Brady. The 1999 Bama that beat UF twice.
-
That's one game. Objectively, his college career was unremarkable. There's a reason he was a 6th round pick.
I hate when a player's NFL exploits bleed into his college reputation. They can both stay separate and valid and real. No need to blur the two.
-
completely different things in my opinion
success in the NFL can hinge on many factors - drafted by the Browns or Patriots?
-
There was a time many moons ago when those two could have been flipped

I threw up a full court shot guess on J. Morris for the Michigan RB, that's not right of course.

Like 10 years too early, lol
