Looking over the SEC bowl lineup, we did really good.
I see Texas beat the mighty Texas Bowl invitees (who have a riveting match with TAMU on Dec. 27). Let 'em in!
UK-Clemson might be interesting. Clemson had a weird year. If they had a top flight QB -- and their guy might be, in time -- we'd be talking about them in the playoffs.
Mizzou gets tOSU. I'll have to root for... Mizzou? Ugh.
Auburn-Maryland may not even get their own teams' viewers...
Ole Miss - PSU is the most intriguing matchup. In the Peach? Dec. 30? Prime time, though.
Georgia -- FSU. Yawn. I hate UGA. Won't watch. The 30th? In the afternoon? Doesn't seem very prestigious for two 1-loss teams, elite programs...
LSU -- Wisconsin. Yawn.
Our game wouldn't interest me if it wasn't us. Iowa is BORING. But could give us problems.
Bama -- Michigan. Hope Bama stomps 'em.
I used to hate Bama with a white hot hate. But I've just gotten used to them, I guess. Stockholm syndrome?

FSU went undefeated, of course, not that it will make any difference in the outcome of the bowl game although it wouldn't bother me either way if it did. Some people like to get wrapped up following their alma mater which is their choice I guess. I don't think it matters who we root for because whichever team scores the most points is going to win the game.
