1.  Michigan - feel like they are just starting to hit their stride now
2.  Ohio State - McCord grew up a little bit last week, defense and run game is strong. WRs are lethal.
3.  Penn State - Allar = up and down rookie, offense struggles to run consistently and create explosive plays, WRs are meh
4.  Wisconsin - here by default. who else would even vie for this spot?
5.  Maryland - they have an offense. we'll find out how for real they this upcoming week vs Ohio State.
6.  Iowa - lost Cade McNamara and still beat Sparty. That defense is nasty. That offense is disgusting to watch- in a bad way.
7.  Rutgers - pretty crazy that they're a top half team in the league, by default really bc everyone else is that bad.
8.  Purdue -  this team is better than the record says it is.
9.  Minnesota - here by default. how in the actual f did they lose to NW?
10.  Michigan State - they stink.
11.  Nebraska - better with Jeff Sims on the bench. still stink.
12.  Northwestern - they suck.
13.  Illinois -  they suck.
14.  Indiana - they suck.

What is Updated SOR/SP+ playoff
2/3 SOR, 1/3 SP+

I do it with basketball, but with KenPom instead of SP+.  It's oddly good, and makes there no reason for a committee.

1. Michigan - Back to no 1, but we are nearly halfway through the season and their toughest opponent has been Rutgers.  However, they are dominating like they should.
2. Ohio State - Best non conference win in the B1G, unless WVU continues to surprise.
3. Penn State - Looked like another season ending injury to their O-Line on Saturday.  Explosive plays have been almost non-existent.  The running game is struggling to get going.  On the other hand, they've blown out every opponent they have faced.  They've also given Iowa and WVU their only losses.
4. Maryland - Their schedule so far makes Michigan's look good.
5. Wisconsin - I overreacted to their early season loss, this is a good team.
6. Iowa - A really good punter.
7. Rutgers - Have looked pretty good so far
8.  Indiana - ??? (3 losses to undefeated teams)
9.  Purdue (I have no idea what I'm doing from here on down)
10.  Northwestern
11.  Minnesota
12.  Illinois
13.  Nebraska
14.  Michigan State

I get that.  But by basically every metric they are the worst team in the conference.  So #8?
