I didn't post results sooner because we had less voters than usual. We only had nine. Anyway, votes through @ELA (https://www.cfb51.com/index.php?action=profile;u=55) :

Since when were Rutgers and Indiana moved to the West? I know the comment is in jest. Just today, #6 Wisconsin beat #5 Maryland.

Yeah I was kidding a little bit lol.
I think top 3 teams are
1) OSU
2) MICH
These two look pretty close and really damn good. Struggle with it, flip a coin almost but I think OSU little better.
Then there’s a drop off...
3) Penn State
And I think that’s pretty solid top 3.
Teams 4-10 is almost flip a coin. I could see a lot of different arguments for a lot of different teams.
Then there’s a pretty solid bottom 4 of Nebraska, Indiana, Rutgers, and Northwestern.

The more things change, the more they stay the same. MD, Pur and ILL all stumble while Wisc, Iowa, MSU all seem be to be getting their sh** together after bad starts.
1. Mich - a really strong team in 2nd half of every game it seems.
2. OSU - offense has an off day but gets a pass this time for playing in awful weather.
3. PSU - nice bounce back
4. Wisc - all the good contenders for #4 lost, ILL, Pur, MD. Wisc seems to be on a mini-roll after a rough start.
5. ILL - was probably lucky to play Wisc and Iowa early. But still has best chance to win the West if they can beat Purdue.
6. Iowa - the only difference between Iowa and ILL right now is a Iowa's 3-pt loss in Champaign.
7. MSU - maybe the OT win over Wisc was not such a fluke after all. Maybe the fluke was MSU's blowout loss to Minn?
8. Pur - The little train that couldn't. Purdue was probably unlucky to get Wisc and Iowa later in the season. Purdue's defense still is the worse in the Big Ten at tackling after a catch.
9. Minn. - tough team to rank.
10. MD - team seems to have fallen back after a decent start.
11. Neb - bowl hopes almost gone
12. Rut - They did beat Ind, right?
13. IND - new candidate for the bottom
14. NW - how did this defense give up more points to Iowa than OSU?

1) Michigan - Most consistent team, but still had a slow start.
2) Ohio State - Survived the bad weather game.
3) Penn State - Clearly the #3 team
4) Wisconsin - Been on a tear lately. I think they're the best team in the West, but may not win it.
5) Illinois - Took too long to get the offense going.
6) Iowa - Dare we say that they look pretty good?
7) Maryland - Lukewarm performances finally caught up to them.
8) Purdue - Back to back bad performances.
9) Minnesota - Beats up on the bad teams, but still need to see a good win.
10) Michigan State - The best of the bad, but they can make a bowl game now.
11) Nebraska - Competitive in games at least
12) Rutgers - Great first half
13) Indiana - Great first quarter
14) Northwestern - Adjusted to the bad weather better than the Buckeyes did. Good coaching by Fitz.
-
- Ohio State - Terrible whether conditions made throwing the ball almost impossible. They also looked like there were sleep walking for most of the game. Leaving here because I believe they would win a close game against Mich on a neutural field.
- Michigan - Another team that needed a wakeup call at halftime. When they decided to play, they easily took care of the Scarlet Knights.
- Penn State - Still looking like one of the best teams in the conference.
- Illinois - Given the issues with MSU in the prior week, I wonder if the Illini had already put this one in the win column and forgot to play the game. I have no other way to explain this game other than that.
- Wisconsin - Has Bucky turned the corner now? They have very winable games the rest of the way out. I think they will win out. We shall see.
- Iowa - The offense is making some noise finally. If they can keep that going and with their defense, they will be a tough out. Looking forward to see how they match up with Wisconsin.
- Maryland - With PSU and tOSU coming up, it could be a rough next couple of weeks. We'll see how they stack up.
- Minnesota - Again, winnable games coming up.
- Purdue - See above.
- Michigan State - Where did that performance come from? They need 2 more wins to become bowl eligable with Rutgers, Indiana and Penn State left on the schedule. If they can repeat last weeks performance, they should be able to get those 2 wins.
- Nebraska - The Corn Huskers need 3 wins to get bowl eligable. That looks to be a big ask with their remaining schedule.
- Rutgers - As bad as things have gone this year, they are still only 2 wins from being bowl eligable. They have winable games with Mich State and Maryland left. Can they do it?
- Indiana - They are currently sitting at 3-6 with 3 games left. Unfortunately, this week they travel to Ohio State. Things are not looking good for their chance of being included in the bowl season.
- Northwestern - Just when you think they have quit, they play a very competative game against one of the best teams in the country. This shows the quality of coach that Fitzgerald is. If he could only recruit better talent.

Just for reference, not my rankings:
Medina's completely objective ranking based on relative scoring differential against each B1G opponent:
- 1.5 Ohio State
- 2.0 Michigan
- 2.5 Penn State
- 3.0 Iowa
- 3.2 Wisconsin
- 3.3 Illinois
- 3.5 Purdue
- 3.7 Michigan State
- 4.0 Maryland
- 4.2 Minnesota
- 4.2 Northwestern
- 4.5 Indiana
- 4.7 Nebraska
- 4.8 Rutgers
The above comes from this table:
Explanation:
Each B1G team has played six league games. Each of their opponents are ranked 1-6 based on relative scoring differential against them so for examples:
Ohio State's opponents are ranked:
- PSU, lost to them by 13
- NU, lost to them by 14
- MSU, lost to them by 29
- UW, lost to them by 31
- RU, lost to them by 39
- IA, lost to them by 44
Michigan's opponents are ranked:
- UMD, lost to them by 7
- IA, lost to them by 13
- IU, lost to them by 21
- MSU, lost to them by 22
- PSU, lost to them by 24
- RU, lost to them by 35
Indiana's opponents are ranked:
- PSU, beat them by 31
- M, beat them by 21
- UNL, beat them by 14
- RU, beat them by 7
- UMD, beat them by 5
- IL, lost to them by 3
Northwestern's opponents are ranked:
- UW, beat them by 35
- IA, beat them by 20
- tOSU, beat them by 14
- PSU, beat them by 10
- UMD, beat them by 7
- UNL, lost to them by 3
Then those rankings are averaged for each team so:
- 1.5 tOSU was best against UW, IA, MSU, and RU, second best against PSU, and third-best against NU.
- 2.0 M was best against PSU, second best against UMD, IA, RU, and IU, and third best against MSU.
- etc.

@medinabuckeye1 (https://www.cfb51.com/index.php?action=profile;u=1547) Northwestern gets a somewhat unfair boost by playing both Penn State and Ohio State in horrible weather conditions.

Oh I know, and @Mdot21 (https://www.cfb51.com/index.php?action=profile;u=1595) will happily tell you about all the garbage time points scored against Michigan and both those factors are valid but to maintain objectivity I've just used raw scores with no adjustments.

Last week in parentheses
- MICHIGAN (1) - went from losing to nearly covering a 20 point spread in less than 2 minutes
- OHIO STATE (2) - that was probably a losing effort against at least half the teams in the conference
- PENN STATE (3) - solid effort, but the Indiana offense is a mess
- ILLINOIS (4) - no clue what to do with them, but can't drop them behind Wisconsin
- WISCONSIN (6) - no chance for Lil Tua against a Bucky defense in the conditions
- MARYLAND (5) - Maryland always gets up for Penn State
- IOWA (8) - maybe it wasn't just a Northwestern thing, the Hawkeye offense looks competent
- MINNESOTA (9) - is the Tanner Morgan injury a blessing in disguise?
- MICHIGAN STATE (10) - very inspired effort by a very depleted defense
- PURDUE (7) - at what point do we discuss how terrible O'Connell has been in conference play?
- NEBRASKA (11) - another kick to the nuts
- RUTGERS (12) - fun first half for the fans in attendance
- NORTHWESTERN (14) - cue the Frank Beamer celebrating a 0-0 tie jpg
- INDIANA (13) - when you have to play a QB who already announced he's transferring, things aren't going great
