i don't blame the guy... an ass whoopin is the easy way out...

sadly enough, we had a poster from Scout and the Big12/BigTen board die in a similar situation some years back.. he crawled into a window of an apartment while intoxicated, folks who knew him assuming he believed it his own apartment he'd locked himself out of- and was shot by the occupant and killed.

There is a lot that does not make sense. I am waiting to here both sides of the story before having an opinion.

One thing is sure, you do not go into someone else's living space uninvited.
