Boy the way Glen Miller played,
Songs that made the hit parade,
Guys like us we had it made,
Those were the days,
And you know where you were then,
Girls were girls and men were men,
Mister we could use a man like Herbert Hoover again,
Didn't need no welfare states
Everybody pulled his weight,
Gee our old Lasalle ran great,
Those were the days

Gross. In that awful nasally voice. I still hear it in my nightmares. Truly the most horrible TV theme song ever, and the 4 of you that have voted for it this far are bad people and should feel ashamed of yourselves.

lyrics are killer

One of my favorite scenes from All In The Family is when Edith tells Archie she was out trying to get homes for the homeless and Archie says well how bout some beer for the beerless
-
Hated MASH theme, signified it was bedtime as it came on after local 10pm news and it was so sad to hear.
-
It evoked emotion, because it's an amazing tune.
All In The Family, on the other hand, sucks, and the only emotion it evokes, is annoyance, at its craptacular awfulness.
-
you might want to check your sense of humor, Edith is going for funny with the vocal range
-
I can't wait until they are both eliminated.

14 folks have voted on Simpsons/Sopranos. I guess this matchup just isn't as compelling... :)
