Richter-Howard Receiver of the Year: Ty Fryfogle, Indiana
Named for Wisconsin’s Pat Richter and Michigan’s Desmond Howard

Ameche-Dayne Running Back of the Year: Mohamed Ibrahim, Minnesota

The Big Ten still has all 14 teams playing the upcoming weekend, and they couldn't wait 1 more week to pass out the end of season awards?

Oh well, I guess the NFL makes their pro bowl selections 2 or 3 weeks, so nobig deal, I guess. Its just a strange year where some teams have only played 5 games total. 1 more game came make a big difference in a player's stats.
