Henry played from 2007-2010.. so depending up when you started the decade or how you included athletes who spanned 2 decades...  He'd be my choice if he was on the list as well.

Yeah, Henery is best kicker of all time, wasnt sure he'd be on this decade.

Had to play 2 years in this decade, and had to play 1 year in the Big Ten, so he was 0-2
