Michigan's worst 4 year stretch perfectly aligns with the 4-0 start that Francis Schmidt got off to against the Wolverines, when THE GAME was moved to seasons end, and the Gold Pants tradition was initially implemented.

Ole Miss bottom feeding, maybe those were penalty losses?  I figure if your worst stretch is 1900 or so, it's not that bad.

I had a feeling UW's worst would be BA year 1 and the 3 painful Morton years.
