1. Ohio State - Nuff said.
2. Wisconsin - Should NOT be penalized for losing the tOSU twice.
3. Penn State - Very close to the Badgers and would have not problem if the order were reversed.
---
4. Michigan - Best of the rest.
5. Iowa - Better than the teams behind them.
6. Minnesota - Had some great moments, but couldn't get it done when it mattered most. However, I believe they will be a team to compete in the West for a few years.
7. Indiana - Had a great season. Hope they do well in their bowl game.
8. Illinois - Good season and got to a bowl. Exceeded expectations.
9. Michigan State - Very down year for Sparty, but they are at least going bowling.
---
10. Nebraska - Disappointing season considering the early expectations.
11. Purdue - Has any other team in the country had more key injuries? At least a lot of Freshman got some valuable game experience.
12. Northwestern - Very disappointing season after winning the West last year. Where do they go now?
13. Maryland - Not ready for the B1G yet. Need to step it up in recruiting.
14. Rutgers - Not ready for football or anything else for that matter. But they are bringing in their 3rd start tOSU Def Coord!

No changes, narrative changes in red:
1) Ohio State: looked mortal for thirty minutes. Then...wow.
2) Wisconsin: changed the narrative for thirty minutes. Then...reality.
3) Penn State: Badgers' work on Saturday made me more comfortable with this.
4) Michigan: Solid, second-tier B1G team.
5) Iowa: Iowa.
6) Minnesota: legit good season; a lot more hope in the Twin Cities than before.
7) Indiana: first of the rest, which is pretty darned good for IU.
8) Illinois: congrats on a solid season by Illinois standards. Which should be higher.
9) Michigan State: not yet time to panic, but this isn't where Sparty should be.
10) Purdue: meh.
11) Northwestern: surprisingly weak.
12) Nebraska: maybe Frost is making progress from a real low, but it's a long way to being NEBRASKA again.
13) Maryland: I remember a brief moment when I thought this team might be good.
14) State University of Doesn't Play Football: hoping it can pull a Bill Snyder with Greg Schiano.
