Since starting out 9-9, we have gone 28-9.   And really since the end of April we have been on the road quite a bit.    Well done Texas !

Yep.  And the 9-9 wasn’t as bad as it looked.  Pierce seemed to be more interested in testing variations of the lineup and bullpen than actually winning at that point in the season - a shrewd decision that paid off later.  And Texas had a rough non conference schedule. The Cardinal was red hot and there was some suspicion LSU was corking their bats.

A couple of big upsets today.  Glad we weren't one of them.

Aggies handled Indiana, Horns handled Texas Southern.

Tomorrow, it's on.  Wouldn't want it any other way.  My i s c & a aggie wife is already talking shit to me.  I never return it. History is on my side when it comes to this rivalry. :)

Aggies lose to Indiana, and then Texas grinds out a tough one against the Hoosiers to win the regional with a sweep.  I'll take it!

Currently awaiting the winner of the Oxford regional to see if we're traveling or staying home for the Super.  Tennessee Tech up 10-0 on Ole Miss so it looks like it'll go to a winnrer-takes-all Game7 tonight.

Tennessee Tech comes to Austin with a 55-10 overall record.   They are hitting .338 overall as a team.
