Iowa swept MSU in Iowa City.
With Nebraska and Penn State to follow.  That was a must win opener.

I watched a little video of OSU's match today,  that looked like a great scene.  I think I read, first time PSU has started 0-2 in B1G play since 2000.

Ill 2-0 (at Purdue in 4, at Ind in 5)
Minn 2-0 (vs PSU in 3, vs Mary in 3)
N 2-0 (vs Mich in 4, vs MSU in 4)
UW 2-0 (vs OSU in 3, vs Rut in 3)
IU 1-1 (vs NW in 4, L to Purdue)
Iowa 1-1 (vs MSU in 3, vs Mich Loss in 4)
Mary 1-1 (vs Rut in 3, L at Minn)
Mich 1-2 (L at N in 4, W at Iowa in 4)
OSU 1-1 (L at UW, W vs PSU in 4)
Pur 1-1 (L vs Ill, W vs NW in 4)

0-2 MSU, PSU, NW, Rutgers.

N at Illinois next weekend
UW at Minn Wed night, then at Purdue weekend.
PSU at the Michigans next weekend.

IU impressive tonight in a 4 set win at Ohio State.  25-9 in the 4th.  Has IU ever held a non Rutgers B!G opp. to less than 10?   PSU hangover real.  First time watching IU, this team looks like they are going to compete this season.

Minnesota continued their dominance over UW, sweeping in Minneapolis tonight on BTN.  I think that's 7 in a row in the series.  Purdue won in 4 at Maryland.

Nebraska middle blocker Lauren Stivrins was honored as the Big Ten Co-Player of the Week on Monday after leading the Huskers to a pair of road victories over the weekend.

Stivrins picked up her first-career Big Ten weekly honor after becoming the third Husker in school history to post a 1.000 hitting percentage with at least 10 kills when she went 10-for-10 in a sweep of Northwestern last Friday. She followed the next night with eight kills, four blocks and three service aces in a 3-1 win at previously unbeaten No. 7 Illinois. The sophomore from Scottsdale, Arizona averaged 2.57 kills per set on .536 hitting for the weekend.

Nebraska hosts Iowa on Wednesday at 6 p.m. at the Bob Devaney Sports Center. The match will be televised on BTN, streamed at BTN2GO.com and can be heard on Husker Sports Network radio affiliates, Huskers.com and the official Huskers app.

Nebraska continues to drop a set nearly every match.   The Fr. setter had a rough S2, but the passing wasn't exactly crisp either.   Middles weren't a factor on offense.  Can't beat Minnesota this weekend with that imbalance.

If memory serves, I don't think Nebraska had dropped a set to Iowa either ever, or for at least 25 meetings.   It seems like this is the year either Iowa, Indiana, or Maryland could break into the top 8 for once.  Its been a stranglehold of N/PSU/Minn/UW/Ill/Pur/MSU/UM/tOSU for the past 6/7 years.

Big10 West is very very good in volleyball.

Illinios lost control of Wisconsin in the second set.  When wisky went on a 13-4 run, you could just see the shift in confidence and, imo, it carried over into sets 3 and 4.   It was a good match to watch as an impartial observer.
