I am really surprised the Gators are a 3 point favorite. I have LSU by 7 or so. The ol that wins, wins the game.

I like LSU winning 6-4, in double overtime.

LSU should be able to exploit the thin secondary of Florida.  I don't see a way for the Gators to "normal offense" down the field enough to win the game.

LSU by double digits
good to see you @25 4 Heisman !!!!!
UF's DLine is legit- but LSU's OLine can hold them... I'd wager a game where both teams have bloody noses, and a fairly low scoring event.. LSU in the end by at least 7.

Maybe LSU lets them play their goofy Tom Petty sond all the way through this time.  Maybe not.

Well, some still see LSU as "posers", so this should confirm or deny that status.  They do have two very solid wins of course.

Florida looks to be an uneven team in terms of abilities here and not there, and LSU looks to be a more complete team of course.

CD(ELA) will need to ponder this game.

Anyone in the top 5 losing to a team outside of the top 10 would make them “pretenders”, but what would a win over lowly Florida prove that wins over Miami and Auburn didn’t?

They avoided the upset by Ole Miss.  Can't escape the odds forever.

Florida will definitely win this game.

oohgah and bama will beat LSU.... and in my opinion any other loss will be an upset.   i'll caveat it by saying i think LSU is fortunate not to draw UK or Mizzou this season.   UK is feisty as can possibly be and are rolling on a new found belief in themselves, and mizzou's style of play, not that much different than the newly founded UK's, is a style that LSU's construction would have issue's with imHo.

bama best hope to draw oohgah for the championship, as though they could likely beat up on oohgah some, the style of play from either mizzou or UK has the potential to beat them (if either of those teams were left to their own devices, aka not taken out of 'their game').  - again, just my humble opinion.

"oohgah" to me is not looking as solid as they did last season.

Maybe I expect too much.  I think Justin Fields is about to get quite a bit more playing time in significant situations, especially in the zone of redness.

I'm thinking UGA stumbled with Mizzou, in part not taking them as serious as they should have, and other parts mizzou being a lot better than suspected/expected.  I can't hold that against them.  the UT game is a different thing, and one where i'm thinking they played extremely vanilla while maintaining a balanced game- too many times UT was in the precise D they needed to be in, and not because they are so good at reading O's, but because the O was playing extremely vanilla... they were almost like playing against the computer in a video game predictable.

UGA had everything to lose and zero to gain by taking it to UT- injuries or other wear and tear on important commodities, turn overs or statistical degradation which plays into minds of voters, and eye test by those that actually watch... casual observers will think UGA was 'off', but watching closer, it's pretty simple to spot that UGA was playing soft and safe- on purpose and strategically.

that.... and, standing by for fire:  UT wasn't the same team that was taken to school by UF last week... they were better prepared and far less confused.  of course they 'looked' better when Oogah didn't have the interest in blitzing or with some sort of axe to grind as UF did (seeking to be taken more seriously at that point this season) ..... i'm not thinking the last game was much of a measure of UGA, though the mizzou win MAY be some indication of the team being legitimately flat at times.
