Short list, but a good list.

I don't think Pollack gets nearly the love he should.  Maybe because he's thought of more as a tv personality, and his NFL career was a bust due to injuries.

His Georgia career was crazy.  3 time All-American, two time SEC Player of the Year.  Won the Hendricks as the nation's top DE twice.  Won basically every award he could as a senior.

Does anybody else miss the days of WRs wearing 47 or QBs wearing 22?  We seem to have a lot of DL wearing a single-digit number, lol.

Richard Lagow wore a number in the 20s last year.  Heath Shuler is the one to come to mind.
I was watching an early 90s Miami-FSU game the other day, and Miami had a starting WR in the 40s.  They also had a guy rip his helmet off and run all over the field after a first down catch, speaking of changes.

On celebrating meager feats:  Tennessee is so bad, they now blast "Rocky Top" after each first down.  :57:

I'm much more in favor of a QB wearing 22 or a WR wearing 44 than a DL wearing a single digit
but, in the big scheme of things that bother me in NCAA football it's not in the top 30
