LSU and Tennessee pretend they're in the same conference.  I had almost forgotten about those guys.  From our perspective the SEC is western teams and Florida.  And that SWC Refugee team still shows up every year, I think. 

This is the least prepared I have ever been on the upcoming season.  I know nothing about this team and obviously only just now looked at the schedule.  I hope we don't suck. 

This hurricane is our fault, I'm pretty sure.  The newly adopted Mike VII was named Harvey.  That can't be a coincidence.  God is punishing us all for our stupid new policy of not having the tiger at the games. 

Did Smokey make it over here, or any of the other Vols?  Or is it just Drew?  We're going to kick your butts this year. 

If our defense is good enough, and if our offense is good enough, and if our special teams is good enough.  Aside from those 3 unknowns, we're definitely gonna win.  And if our coaching is good enough. 

I wish I could remember who the rest of the teams in the East are.  Usually I just wait to see who shows up to the SEC CG.  Whoever Alabama plays at the end of the year is an Eastern team.  Handy little lifehack I picked up, feel free to use.

Mike, Sir, you're definitely back....

and so is UTk... except for the unknowns of the QB position, OL prowess, receiver corps and depth of runners.  Other than that, the offense should set the CFB world ablaze...

and the defense- man, they are awesome beyond what tongue can tell.  the only questions are the secondary, line and line backers. 

special teams?  we've got a rock solid place kicker.  to my knowledge and unless recently, he's never missed the ball... he swings his leg and connects at least 99.9% of the time. 

and for my startling prediction about UTk this year, and you can write this down with absolute certainty:  they're going to Atlanta... they will absolutely play in Atlanta- book it.

That's one of the Eastern teams I was talking about.  They must suck, you never see those guys in the SEC CG.
