Wow, I surely didn't know any of that.  Talk about unexpected bedfellows, but they had a common mission and got 'er done, sounds like.

I'm sure you remember when we had only one or, occasionally, two televised games a week.  They also had a rule about no team getting more than two appearances per year.  OU-Texas was usually televised and OU-Nebraska.  That was about it for Sooner fans.

OU and Georgia have never met, of course.  Here is the list of Div 1-A schools OU has not played (Power 5 in bold).
