That's T.J. Hockeson, with an "e" not an "i"

Hockeson just won the Mackey award for the best Tight End in the country.  As a redshirt sophomore, it will be interesting if he declares for the draft  after Iowa's bowl game.

He got my vote too, and I'm happy to know that he is playing in the bowl game.

For anyone that didn't watch a lot of Iowa this year, Hockenson > Fant.

agreed, announcers usually tried to say that Fant was being used as a decoy and was double teamed

I'm sure some of that is ruth, but I thought Hock was just better

I'm sure Hockenson benefitted from Fant's presence. Fant was a matchup problem and had be game-planned for. Whereas Hockenson is just a traditional inline TE, but has better hands and is a better blocker than Fant.
