Yes, can’t blame that on just one player. Two lineman pushed aside and giving up gap integrity and leaving the safety to miss a hard tackle because gap was so big.

Weird to see them play that bad.

Not at all.  The other problem is that while White missed the tackle, he did slow him up long enough that other players should have been flowing to the ball.  But they weren't.

Clearly a fumble, but how they interpret recovery is interesting.  MSU got the ball, but they weren't checking for it, and the replay doesn't show a clear recovery.

Ohio St got away with a huge false start on Haskins 1st down scramble.

Prince jumped into his stance like a full second before the snap. Have no idea how the refs missed that.

The tackles for OSU have been doing that all year.

True. As a safety, as you come up for that tackle, your technique is to keep your outside shoulder outside the RBs, so tha his only cut is back toward traffic.  White did not due that.

Marcel would be pleased. The NU band is here at the New Brickhouse today.

Tanner Morgan has thrown two bad interceptions. 7 0 Wildcats

Yes, especially Prince.  Come to find out, he is actually moving when the ball is supposed to be snapped. The center, Jordan, who will play on Sundays as a guard, has struggled all year to snap the ball on time and also accurately.  This is his first year at center, started as a freshmen and sophomore at guard.
