In an expanded situation, who says UCF still gets in?  Weren't they ranked 12?

I'm just worried about how regional this is becoming.  Pretty soon, let's just round up 8 schools from the collage of Florida, Georgia, Alabama and South Carolina and there's your playoff.

Ohio State? Ha!  USC?  Double Ha!

And what's with Georgia Tech?  Do they have some sort of academic qualifier that keeps them down?  Why aren't they bashing it out with Clemson and FSU on annual basis?  They're in the right neck of the woods.

Schools used to win a National Championship in a 11-12 game season.

Now they must play 15.  And we want to make that 16?

Sure why not?  It's not like these guys were academically admitted to their respective Universities, yet they get it for free.  Meanwhile, kids 10 times smarter are getting denied admission right and left.

Sure, let 'em play 16 games.  The whole point is the side show anyway.  So give us more side show.
