I goth facking nailed by a traffic camera doing 35 in a 25, and it's 150 Bucks. Problem is I went that way again a few weeks later and just may have another one coming as I got the ticket in the mail yesterday. This small hamlet is criminally notorious for handing out traffic violations. Ghey even had a law passed against them by the county in court. How is a 150 bucks when there wasn't even a cop and car involved then that would make sense - BASTAGES

Just now getting to this....I get backlogged on a lot of these because listening at work is hard on busy days and I don't usually have time when I get home.  

I hate to admit this, but I had no idea Keith Urban covered this.  I guess I thought he wrote it and his version was the original.

Cool, they definitely sound like they rock.

And this is exactly the kind of "new" rock* that I like to listen to, and yet somehow I've never heard of 'em. 

* I humorously say "new" since apparently they've been around since 2001...

Watched Song Sung Blue two nights ago, and now have Neil Diamond songs stuck in my brain.  This is one of my very favorites of his, the desperate forlorn loneliness and nostalgia of it really get to me.

My wife and MIL (RIP) both love(d) Neil Diamond.  I like him too, but my fandom can't compete with theirs.  

Speaking of desperate, forlorn, and nostalgic, for some reason this song popped into my head yesterday.  Probably wouldn't normally post this here, but as you've said before, it's songs on my mind, not songs I think y'all will like, so....

I liked this whole album.  It came out the summer between my HS graduation and starting college, and was a pretty big deal in my age group.  It kinda had the Michael Jackson Effect, as I call it, one of the interesting instances where everybody--rockers, grunge fans, pop fans, classic rock fans, R&B, even some guys big into metal--seemed to like it.
