Since I'm now infected with the Dennis DeYoung earworm, here's one I remember that I like:

Pretty sure a lot of their stuff was before I was even born.  Not sure how I even know songs like this, but it probably was on the radio or something.

Yeah "Lady" is off their second album with the clever and original title "Styx II."  It came out almost before I was even born.  They were effectively completely done after 1983's "Kilroy Was Here" album, after which the band officially broke up.  Various incarnations of it lingered and did stuff after that, but I couldn't tell you what any of it was.  Even if you don't like his voice, Dennis DeYoung was the creator behind 97.2% of what made Styx, Styx.

I guess it's not fair to say I "dislike" his voice, so much as I "don't like it as much as I wish I did."  But even that is peculiar to certain instances.  For example, I quite liked that solo song you posted.  And there are Styx songs like "Lady" where I don't catch myself thinking I don't like it.  "Come Sail Away" is another.  As a counter-example, "Suite Madame Blue" that you posted is one where I wish his voice were something different (though I still like the song, and again, I don't strongly dislike the vocal).

I see they're coming to Lake Charles at the end of this month.  They still have Tommy Shaw, and they've had Todd Sucherman on drums since like 1997 or something, who I quite like.

Hmm........

I get it, seems like you just don't think the style of his voice fits the style of certain songs.  I've felt the same way about certain singers and bands over the years.

I've never seen Styx live because I was too young to see them before they broke up, and since then, well... Styx just isn't Styx without Dennis DeYoung.

And I absolutely love Tommy Shaw's songs, it's not about that.  I just don't want to hear 3/4 of their catalog sung by someone else.

Of course, he was also "The Devil" onstage in "T1tt1es and Beer". Married for a while to Dale Bozzio (who turned acrylic domes and electrical tape into an entire wardrobe), they teamed with Warren Cucurullo (another Zappa alumnus name checked by Moon Unit's vocals in "Catholic Girls" from the operatic album "Joe's Garage") to form "Missing Persons".
Started getting into Frank about here - ahem - not everyone's cup of tea, perhaps excessive in the bizarre sense but brilliant non the less - "They got the Flakes"

K, last one for the day.....got yacht rock on my mind.

This song has been widely believed to feature Jeff Porcaro on drums, but in fact, it's Austin, TX's own Tommy Taylor.  Asked if he was annoyed that Jeff has gotten so much credit for his track over the years, he said to the contrary, it was one of the biggest compliments he ever got, to be mistaken for a legend.

I've seen Christopher Cross a few times over the years, always a good show.  Pretty funny in that yacht rock documentary, turns out he was the drug dealer for almost all those yacht rock guys.

lol, never knew that.

I could easily believe a bunch of those guys/gals were sniffing the coke, but I wouldn't have guessed he was the one pushing it.

The best part of that documentary is the part where the show's director called Donald Fagen to ask him if he was willing to be interviewed or participate in the documentary in any way, and Fagen told him to F off and hung up.
