I don't know of a song that pertains to this, but 8 am meetings of any kind, even Zoom, should be banned.

I had to drive my son to his strength and conditioning camp at the high school this morning at 8 AM, and so I got back to my house at about 8:10.  Logged onto my system, it took a few seconds to come out of sleep mode, and then saw that last night at about 10:30 PM, someone from another department had invited me to an 8 AM meeting for this morning.

I didn't even bother joining, and now they've rescheduled for next Monday at 8 AM.
