I know, there are hardly any Okies left on the porch, but I'm posting this just in memoriam to the late great LBM.

Bedlam week was always as fun hereabouts as RRS week, thanks to all the back and forth with Matt.  Miss those days.

Dang I’m tempted to take a page out of Hooky’s (or utee’s?) book and fabricate a Poke pseud just to energize this Bedlam smack

but it’s far too much work to do that.

I’ll leave the pseuds up to the Horns to do

I've never had a pseud, just so you all know.

Except, I am one of JCG's psueds, of course.

Pouring one out for Mateo Grande today.  RIP.

We had an Poke fan of doobious authenticity named Okie Lite but I was the only person who was nice to him (even though he was an insufferable dick) so he eventually left.

Here’s to Little Big Matt.  The never ruffled or offensive long suffering fan of what he often called the best 5-6 team in America.

His spirit still rides through this forum, on a pony he called Pokey, imbuing all of us with his never-ending enthusiasm, kindness and zest for life.

God bless your beautiful soul, LBM.

Embarrassing lack of defense.  Both sides but at least the OSU defense is facing a really good offense.

Well, if it wasn’t clear already, that terrible display of OU defense says they’re not college playoff worthy.  But it was still an exciting game and I was glad to see OU pull it out over one our main rivals.  CCG and conf title are still possible, at least, and maybe I dunno the Peach Bowl or something against an SEC team like LSU would fun.

Anyway good game, in memory of Matt.

It was a fun game to watch and a fitting homage to LBM.

Congrats on the win, Cuz.

Even if OU wins out they should not make the playoff.    Defense is the reason why.

And they think Lincoln Riley has an answer for that?  One of these years they'll quit stumbling into a Baker Mayfield or Kyler Murray.

Criticize the Sooner defense all you wanna do, but the success OU has had at QB, and with the overall offense for that matter, over the past 20 years is no accident.

I don't think anybody could or would take the time necessary to create a pseud like me.

I mean other than the fact that MDT is a pseud of sorts for the real me, though I've never hid that.

That game was highly entertaining.  I tend to root for the underdogs in games I have no interest in, and the Pokes couldn't pull it out, but it sure was a fun ride.
