Coke might be better than pepsi, but I'm not interested in buying the world one.

Mighta been.  I'm totally blank.
Beer commercials are a gold mine of stick-in-your-headedness.

Here's to good friends, tonight is kinda special... let it be Lowenbrau.

And

Weekends, were made, for Michelob...

Coke is indeed so much better than Pepsi. That’s why it costs $100/gram and is both addictive and illegal.
But less fattening.

Ha!

I have to think that was a subliminal part of the message back in those "it's the real thing" coke ads 40-50 years ago ... all those silly people singing that song together, on that sunny hillside or open field or wherever it was, seemed a bit buzzed

Riiight.
What was the looney toon cartoon with the chatty character named Gabby or something that annoys some grumpy protagonist (probably Foghorn Leghorn or Yousemite Sam) with lines like this:
My name is Gabby. I don’t know why they call me Gabby.  Do you know why they call me Gabby? Some people say I talk too much. Do you think I talk too much?  Do ya?  Huh?  Do ya?
Any way... that character clearly prefers Coke cause Coke is just like that.
