Game is at Noon on ABC.  OSU is favored by 5.5 points O/U 46.5.

Baylor's chances diminish somewhat without the return of starting QB Gerry Bohanon from a hamstring pull a couple weeks ago.
A decade of Victory over Penn State.

All in since 1969

I won't ever root for Baylor, so, go Pokes, I guess.

Do it for Mateo Grande!

It would be something indeed if the Pokes won the B12, and went to the CFP, in the same year that Texas completely imploded and OU lost their coach to another school in surprising fashion , all immediately following UT and OU announcing they're leaving oSu and everyone else behind.

If I were a Pokes fan, I'd get a really solid chuckle out of all of that.

Horns played 8/12 games at 11 AM this past season.  I don't complain about it constantly like a whiney sooner titty-baby, but it does get old after a while.

That seems unwarranted.

I doubt it.
OU vs. Baylor in 2019 had 65,191 as the official attendance figure.
Normal capacity is 80,000.

It speaks volumes that the 11am time slot is the Big 12's "National broadcast". Everything else is regional. There's just no teams in the league that warrant interrupting ABC or ESPN on Saturday night.

The league is 3 years away from competing with "WWE SmackDown" on Friday night at 7pm.

TX-OU would be an evening primetime game every year, except it never can be, because dumping 150,000 drunken Longhorn and Sooner fans into that neighborhood in East Dallas at 11 PM or midnight would be a disaster of mind-boggling proportions.

That seems unwarranted.

Yeah it for sure was.  But you're our hated archrival and I'm bitter and angry about this shite season, so there you have it.

:86:

Reminds me of a long-ago game of Risk with 2-3 of my fraternity brothers.  One of them--losing and desperate--broke a deal we had, and I said, "That was a cheap shot!"

He said, "Yeah, but it this point, I'm reduced to cheap shots!"

He died of cancer a couple of years ago.  When he was dying but still lucid, I reminded him of that, and complimented him on his candor and on not trying to offer some plausible but dishonest rationale.

So, to you I offer the same compliment.

would be interesting to see if the Big 12 championship at 11am opposed to nothing would gather better ratings than the Big Ten championship game (Fox) at 7pm opposed to the 7pm ACC championship game (ABC)

of course CBS with the SEC at 3pm wins
