Advice and Prediction
It’s extremely hard to bet in favor of the Huskers moneyline at this point, and even more so with uncertainty about the health of their quarterbacks. However, this Wisconsin team is not the same Wisconsin that most Big Ten fans are used to and can lose any game. The Badgers moneyline won’t net any great returns so if you’re confident enough in Nebraska’s QB’s who haven’t proven themselves yet, it would be a welcome surprise. That’s a humongous “if” though. Betting Nebraska to cover the spread may be the wisest bet, as the Huskers haven’t lost to a non-ranked opponent by more than one score this year. Again, it requires trust in their offense but the trend favors Nebraska to cover. The under is also a good option as well, as cold weathers begins to become a factor and gametime temperature will be around 30 degrees. The Huskers offense has looked anemic with anybody not named Casey Thompson at quarterback, thus adding to the appeal.
Prediction: Wisconsin 24, Nebraska 16
