Special teams won the game for Iowa, plain and simple. Iowa would not have scored (on offense) without those two short fields.

UW does not have a ST coach.

I think they need to clean up in that spot. Been too long since they were good.

Nebraska hired a special teams coach this season. There was a lot more to correct at Nebraska.

Wisconsin's former QB coach (and former QB) Jon Budmayr slid into the Iowa "analyst" position for 2022. It is obvious Budmayr wasn't able to help Iowa's O-Line figure out blocking assignments for Wisconsin's vaunted 3-4-4 defense.
I speculate it may have been advantageous having Budmayr preparing Iowa's defense for Wisconsin's offense. Wisconsin's offense sure looked a lot like what Iowa's offense has looked like this season.

Man that sucked to watch.
Turns out the announcers were not even on site!! They broadcast the game from a California studio.

Really Fox?

That's been going on now for a few years.  Another broadcast last week had an awkward moment when the crew was called out by a coach for not having a clue what happened because they weren't even at the stadium.

:o that's just freakin' slimy, besides who wouldn't want to travel to the different venues/tail gates? I'll volunteer take their gigs should they keep having these relapses.Maybe they could pair me up with Fearless,CD or 847 I'd include Mdot but that'd prolly go off the rails pretty quick :D .

Espn does this as well, so does BTN though not all games all sports.   They have been cutting Costs.  They don't even use their own equipment or production crews all of the time.

Cutting costs? Maybe they are just paying too much for content...

This one makes me angry. Saw it live and said "WTF" to my wife.
